Stage 2 Fire Restrictions are in effect as of June 26, 2026 in these areas:
- Town of Carbondale
- Town of Marble
- Garfield County
- Pitkin County
- Gunnison County
- White River National Forest
- Bureau of Land Management (BLM) managed lands
Recent hot, dry, and windy weather has increased fire danger to extreme in these areas, and there is no change expected in the forecast for the near future.
